The Farmer

The plump, ripe coffee cherries are expertly picked by the farmers and carefully processed to retain the all the delicate flavours and aromas from their environment.

Grading and Sorting

Defective beans are removed either by hand or by machinery. Beans that are unsatisfactory due to deficiencies (unacceptable size or color, over-fermented beans, insect-damaged, unhulled) are removed, ensuring that only the finest quality coffee beans are used.
